Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your hair! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags and seals intact. Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used hair extensions.
Timeframe: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
Approval Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service at contact@todaishairbar.com with your first and last name and order number and reason for return. Our team will evaluate if your order is eligible for a return or exchange per our return and exchange policies and you will be provided further instructions regarding said order.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or used hair extensions
- Custom or special-order items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Items damaged due to improper use or installation
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the return does not meet our policy requirements, it will be sent back to you at your expense through your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original product following our return guidelines and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
