Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 3:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time Zone) will begin processing the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently only ship domestically within The United States
Delivery times may vary based on shipping options chosen during checkout as well your location and carrier delays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.
Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount (as stated in promotions or at checkout).
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates after shipment.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to weather, high order volume, or carrier issues.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us for assistance.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Shipping Liability Statement
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Todai’s Hair Bar, LLC is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Ownership of the package transfers to the shipping carrier, and any issues must be addressed directly with them.
If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it, we recommend:
• Checking with neighbors or household members.
• Contacting the shipping carrier to file a claim.
• Ensuring the shipping address provided at checkout was correct.
While we are unable to replace lost or stolen packages, we are happy to assist you in contacting the carrier to resolve the issue. For further assistance, please reach out to us at contact@todaishairbar.com .
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to change or modify the shipping address.
If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at contact@todaishairbar.com. While we will do our best to assist you, we cannot guarantee changes after checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
